Good service, I was advised on keeping my costs down and they were very prompt in there service. In one day out the next. Great experience. I recommend this business for ur screen and glass needs.

C-Thru Glass had my screen repaired in ten minutes and it looks great. Would recommend them.

They started ok. They replaced 1 of two windows. They were scheduled to return the next day to do the other. They 1st window installed did look so good but claimed the brown glue around it would come off after 48 hrs. So I said ok, I had no reason not to trust them. The owner pretended to be nice during our phone conversation. She even promised to replace 2 of my window knobes for free when they return the next day. She seemed so helpful. But sadly that was a trick to get me to trust enough to pay her b4 the job was complete and so I did. In total I paid $540. $189 for the 2nd smaller window and the remaining for the first window they had already completed. After paying this money, I never heard from her and employee again. They never returned to finish the smaller window. I Left 2 messages no response. They kept my money. She made me pay her thru her sons zelle acct. She claimed she did not have one. It is ok though... cause God will give me my justice...

The owner is amazing! Friendly professional fixed my screens in a day! The quality was excellent and the price was cheaper then other places I called. They have fixed 10 window screens in my house.

The screens I got were a good value, although they needed to put in a clear sealant around them to fill spaces. The were delivered and installed by nice people and the owner was very nice and easy to work with. There is a fee for doing an estimate which I only found out about when paying for the job. I believe that should have been mentioned up front. Overall I am happy with my screens.

They were very friendly and personable. They wore protective gear and worked quickly and efficiently. I called for their services on Sunday, they came to do the measurements on Tuesday, and I had a new window on Wednesday! I was very happy with their service and would absolutely recommend to anyone needing a window fixed.
