NE Foundation Crack Repair did a full repoint of our late-1800s basement (which looked like it hadn't been done ever!). Staff were super responsive during estimate and project processes. Cost was reasonable. What I appreciated most was how communicative and respectful the guys who completed the job were. Overall, we are so happy to have used this company.

I have given this company other reviews all 5 star. Had work done at my daughters house. Paul came over and repaired the crack that was actually repaired earlier by another company He explained why the crack had failed and showed us what he does differently from the way it was done A good way to show you a quality company is one that explains every step while letting you watch. Paul and his technician did a great job repairing the cracks in my basement floor today. Paul explained the materials being used and recommended the best course of action. These guys are the best. You donâ t need to look any further. They came out to assess the issue the same day. Within two weeks they had manufactured new concrete footings in the basement, placed new lally columns and removed the really old ones. Highly recommended.

I am extremely satisfied with the work done. I had a decrepit 100 year old fieldstone foundation fully repointed/repaired and lally columns installed. The foundation is 1000x better than it was before & definitely exceeded my expectations (you wouldn't believe its the same basement if you saw the before photos). Their work was very thorough and you can tell there were no cut corners. From start to finish, Paul & his team did an excellent job and I couldn't be more satisfied with their professionalism and customer service. I was very satisfied with New England Foundation Crack Repair (NEFCR) and glad that I decided to use them for the work I had done. They were able to send someone (Paul) out quickly to look at the job and he took the time to explain what needed to be done and how he would do it. Paul was easy to talk to and explained how I could save a little money by fixing some cracks differently than others. I received an estimate from another company that was over $2100, compared to the $1325 that NEFCR charged me. I had 2 foundation cracks and numerous cracks on my garage and basement floors. NEFCR also provides a lifetime warranty on their work for foundation cracks - if it leaks they will fix it. I knew nothing about crack repair when I started to look for a contractor, but thanks to Paul I know a little now and I would feel confident recommending this company to my friends and family. As a matter of fact, I went to work the next day and told people I knew a good company if they needed any foundation work done!

New England Foundation Crack Repair was awesome to work with on the repointing of our basement! When Paul came by to quote the work, he was very straightforward and willing to explain all the work he recommended/would be doing on our basement. It never felt like we were being oversold as two women which we had felt from some other quotes. All quotes and responses were very quick and they were very easy to work with on scheduling. They were able to finish ahead of schedule and kept to themselves for the duration of their work, but were always willing to explain where they were in the process when we came to check on the progress. Really great people and amazing quality of work.
