Don's Plumbing was great, We had 2 major problems and they responded both times within hours. They were quick, clean and very professional. We will certainly use them again in the future.

Horrible. And they will dispute this saying they never did the work. My business would have been open 4 months sooner if it wasn't for these guys. Sent a meth dealer to do the plumbing and was dealing out of the back of the truck. The other guy only showed up one day a week, got minimal done, got high on the job site, and passed out. You'll end up billed for the hours. All on camera. Moved the toilet to right in front of the door so you couldn't use the toilet and close the door. Cost me $7000 to move it back because of the shoddy work. Has no understanding of things that can actually be done. It's going to cost me at least another $10,000 to finish the simple work they refused to. So many leaks also had to be repaired by someone else, totaling $2500 so far. Found chunks of concrete on top of my refridgerator, repairs coming to $3652. They will also not show up for the sppointed times when the plumbing inspector is going to show up, which is going to delay everything.

In addition to the plumbing he obviously needed to repair, I asked his advice on new appliances keeping in mind money is an issue. He was able to advise me what to purchase and installed them all for me. Everything Don has worked on in my home has worked perfectly. He responds to my calls within the same day. His work is exemplary as is his demeanor. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend him to anyone. I will never use another plumber after having Don work on my plumbing.

Arrived within 30 minutes--figured out clever way to get at pipe hidden behind drop ceiling armature in basement by going from above. Cut and replaced pipe with flexible tube in minutes. Friendly. Efficient.
