Ryan was very prompt. He took the extra step of checking with our town water supplier when another contractor told us our town water would be damaging to a tankless water heater. He also adjusted his estimate when we received a lower quote for part of the work we needed done. Thank you, Ryan!

Ryan and his team were friendly, knowledgeable, fast and the price was fair. They were available right away to fix my water heater issue. Great communication, honestly went above and beyond what we were expecting. We highly recommend them.

Ryan was easy to deal with. He is very busy which is understandable, we communicated well. Could have used some more communications but that is me. He gave me a great price and completed the work on time and per the schedule we agreed upon. They do great work. Some issues on the back end that we resolved amicably but had to do some back and forth which rubbed me the wrong way. Overall I am satisfied.

I will keep this Whalen in my home directory as my go to for my plumbing and heating projects. They were so incredibly easy to work with. They came in ahead of schedule and got right to work. You would never know they were here except they left me with a bright shiny new water heater and fixtures. Both men were very professional and great to talk to. Whalen plumbing is extremely professional. They were able to squeeze me in without delay. They put the customers needs first. They are extremely fair and reasonable. I had an issue with the Y joints connecting my washing machine and a leak that started. I am very inexperienced with this kind of thing and although the issue was small, Whalen came relatively quickly to help out even though they didnâ t stand to make a lot of money on the job. They were able to fix it super efficiently and with great care. They did not charge me much for this at all. Honest business.
