Description of Work: True Blue Plumbing is aptly named. I found this company on my local blog and am grateful for the find. We were having issues with our furnace and were seriously considering replacing it. However Steven and Coleman arrived and for the price of a single visit replace a single part which would have been extremely difficult to find because of the age of our furnace, however Steven just happened to have the exact match in his inventory, in his truck. To make a long story short he replaced the part totally cleaned the burners and we are back and running with a savings of about $7500. Totally cool, painless and the system has be trouble free for the past 3 months without a single hiccup. Additionally we were having trouble heating the second floor and really needed to create a second zone which would have cost us a small fortune. Steven suggested a super simple fix that entailed closing the steam venting on the first floor to an absolute minimum to force the system to send more steam to the upstairs radiators. I could not believe the outcome. The upstairs is now a few degrees warmer then the first floor and did not cost me a dime for the successful outcome. Steven's big advantage over all of the plumbers I have hiring over many, many years is his COMMUNICATION SKILLS. He is able to address my concerns and communicate solutions in easy to comprehend explanations. Without a doubt he is a find. Younger then most of the plumbers I've previously hired he brings knowledge and skill and the ability to communication to every interaction.I highly recommend him and strongly endorse his business. His charges are inline with other plumbers and actually much less as he has great ideas that have saved me significantly.

Description of Work: Steven of True Blue Heating definitely rises to the name of his company. True Blue was recommended to me through my community blog. He amazed me immediately as he returning my first call to him within about 30 minutes. Listened very carefully to my concerns and immediately scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He called to let me know he would be at my home in 10 minutes. He is extremely knowledgeable about steam boilers and intimately knew my 40 years steam boiler and it curious oddities. With an hour's work by he and his associate he brought me up to speed on the workings and possible issues with my 40 year old boiler. Together Steven as Coleman his associate renovated and restored my boiler to tip top condition for its age. Instead of my having to purchase a brand new boiler for about $7,000.00 his visit and advise cost me $250 for two men working on revitalizing my 40 years old boiler to best possible condition for the coming window season. If you need a Gentlemen, Knowledgeable, a Great Communicator and a man of his work for plumbing and heating in the Boston area I can highly recommend Steven of True Blue.
