All of the work completed was better than expected. The kitchen renovation was fantastic. He provided a well thought out design and implemented that design as expected. Everything was done within the original estimate and on time. All of my experiences with Eric have been that way - professional and outstanding work. He is also very honest and up front with you. If he is busy he tells you that and when he might be able to get to your project. He will not take you on as a client and leave you hanging while he completes other projects. If he commits to you he will complete the project when he says he will. I will not hesitate to hire Eric in the future.

We've been very happy with the results of Eric's work. His years of experience proved that he was not only able to judge what the job would need but that when an unanticipated obstacle popped up he was able to provide a solution that worked very well for us. One of the things we really appreciated was being able to talk about both project and budget with equal candor. When we renovated the condo bathroom we could talk about the goals we had to improve the bathroom for us but also the limits on how much we wanted to spend since we knew that we were on our way to outgrowing the place and would be moving in the next 3-5 years. Based on our experience and recommendation my brother had Eric finish their basement for a rec-room for his kids and was probably more happy than we were since he had a bad experience with a contractor who did some work when they originally purchased that house. On top of that he is just an easy going guy which helps reduce the stress of dealing with these home projects.

Eric has been timely and has achieved very good coordination with the work of subcontractors. He is a highly skilled carpenter and has accomplished some very good reframing of doors, closet installations, and the rough framing that was required. He is responsive and has worked hard to make sure that I've been advised when unanticipated problems have arisen (they always do in old houses) and has worked with me to solve them while accomplishing the intent of the overall job. I trust him fully.

Eric's work is impeccable and his leadership with his sub-contractors is really impressive. We are beyond impressed with our kitchen and half-bath and wouldn't have trusted it to anyone but Eric. Our entire neighborhood has hired Swan Builders since seeing our project. Additionally, he is attentive, responsible and a pure pleasure to have in your home. He literally whistles while he works.
