Jon and his people are top-notch--professional, well-qualified, informed, conscientious, and polite. We are very pleased with every aspect of their work. The work was done on-time and below budget. Jon is straightforward and clearly explained all aspects of our situation, his services, and what we'd have in the end. He provided very valuable suggestions for our restoration plans. basement waterproofing, biohazard cleanup
 + 0 moreJake and his crew did a great job helping us get our basement deep cleaned. Not only were they professional in their performance but also very thorough. When I mentioned some areas that still seemed to need work after the initial cleaning had dried they offered to return and touch-up for no extra cost. They also sourced a specific solution to resolve some stubborn stains and upon returning applied -again at no extra cost. This type of customer service-centered outfit is increasingly rare to find these days -in particular with larger firms which are all about per hour profit. I would heartily recommend hiring Jake and ProEnviro to anyone looking for a quality first service experience.
