Paul was quick to respond to my request, even going out of his way to check out the deck same day. We laid out a plan quickly and his crew made quick turnaround despite the unpredictable weather being such a challenge. The new deck looks great, with much more support than the previous one. Crew cleaned up decently well. Excellent overall experience.

The ordering of materials was a smooth process. The deck looks great and the guys were very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the right recommendation based on my situation. They also put in some basement windows and those are sealed tight and look good!

Joe, one of Paulâ s workers, replaced a rotting T1-11 panel, stained the new panel as well as another section of the shed and did another few small jobs that had not been anticipated. I am happy with the results.

The staff doing the work was very professional, and precise. Paul & his team arrived promptly, assessed each job and went to work immediately. They completed each task with ease & after each cleaned the area completely and you would never know they were here. The team was a pleasure to work with and highly recommend them.

CONSUMER BEWARE! This man took advantage of my grandmother. She found him on Angies list. Before I took it upon myself to call Paul on my phone what comes up with a different last name than my grandmothers he finally answered. When I explained who I was and wanted to get to the bottom of it he pretty much talked in circles. He charged my grandmother over $19,000. I was disgusted. I asked for an itemized list showing what the money had gone towards and he once again talked in circles about why he could not get me one. He is still ignoring my grandmothers calls and now also mine since he knows my number. My grandmother was taken advantage of by this scum bag and I will be make sure he pays for this dearly.

They completed the repair on the gate that was scraping on the walk. Very professional. I am having them do some other work as well.

Paul is personable and knowledgeable. He detailed clearly what the project entailed and gave a reasonable timeline. The contract terms were also clear and the price was competitive and fair. The work was completed the shelving is strong and neat. The shed demo was also completed satisfactorily and both areas were left clean.

The work was completed after I called to get our high priority items done. We had 3 payments agreed to with the first as a deposit before any work was done or scheduled. Two men came for two days (about 5 hours a day). I paid at the end of each day. I also paid for materials. While the list was completed it was expensive and the patching of the wall was not paint ready. So I still have work to do. They were experienced, knowledgeable and friendly.

Paul and team completed work in the quoted time. We did have some minor shifting of the deck a few days after install, but the team came the same day to make fix the issue and no other problems after the first month.

Paul and his team came out on a short notice time and gave me a quote that was more than fair. His team came out and completed my project with the upmost professionalism and came in on time and under budget. I give them a five star review and will definitely be using them again.

PGM Handyman did a very poor job patching a leak from the roof. The entire work had to be redone by another contractor. PGM left the visible patch on the ceiling in the bathroom, the job was done unpprofesoanally. The second contractor told us there will not be any patches when he does the ceiling. Only after we formally complain to Angi, PGM addressed the problem in the larger bathroom, otherwise, they IGNORED my phone. We would not recommend PGM Handyman to anybody.
