Really easy to work with and great service all around: - Used their online estimate tool which was very accurate in my case; - Personable folks in the office; easy to schedule, confirm, email insurance cert (req'd by my condo assoc); - Came out to measure and the guy was very thorough (and obviously accurate as everything fit at the install); - 2 guys came to install and, in under two hours, they had removed the old doors and frame (which was fused with some crazy strong glue that was a b*tch to yank out, but no complaints) and installed the new ones. - Afterwards, they not only cleaned the tub, but also swept the bathroom and had a trash bin with them to collect any and all things that needed to be tossed; they even wiped down the frame to remove their fingerprints. It was like they had never been there and a new set of shower doors magically appeared. Also, Oasis is very organized, helpful and clear with their written instructions. Happy customer here. :-)

Smooth. Went to oasis website, filled out a form and got a quote. then spoke to them a few times about changes, which they happily updated. Once we liked the quote (actually the cheapest as well), they sent someone out to actually measure the space and provide a 'real quote'. i was nervous at this point, but it turned out to be the same price ... it seems they just check to be sure you don't tell them it's a 5 foot shower when it is an 8 foot shower. Sales guy who came was super professional and very nice. He did inform us that they are very busy and the install would take a few weeks. Install scheduing person called becasue she had an opening in their schedule for a few days later (probably 3 weeks form actual contract signing). I was told they would come between 12 and 2, they showed up at 1130 and were out of there by 1230. Quiet, clean, polite - very nice guys. When we redo our other shower we will 100% call Oasis.

Oasis came to quote on a shower door for a shower stall remodel that we had completed. They were one of three companies that we had quote on the job. We decided on Oasis because although pricing was similar, their estimator gave us a lot of confidence and was very open to our idea for the glass design. The estimate was a very positive experience. We had decided that we wanted to have a glass shower deflector rather than a full glass enclosure with a door across the shower stall, and John from Oasis agreed that it would work well in our design. He made some good recommendations about how best to mount a door given some of our constraints. He was prompt, courteous and enthusiastic, and brought along all the tools necessary to accurately measure for the glass (large levels, shims and tools for recording slight angles in the walls and on the sill). The quote came in a little higher than we expected, given that we were not fully enclosing the stall. We called Oasis and asked what our options were to reduce the cost, and they did work with us, providing design and material tradeoffs and even discounting the installation by a few percent. In the end, the figure was in line with our other estimates, although we still feel that the price for shower glass was higher than we expected (this is not a criticism of Oasis per se - all three estimated we received were higher than we imagined they would be, and all were roughly within 5-8% of each other). Our shower door arrived earlier than we expected, but the office called us after it arrived to tell us that the glass did not pass incoming inspection, so they asked for a replacement from the factory. It was good to know that they do an inspection at the distributor end, so that the product that they bring out to install has no problems. Despite having to replace the door, they still met their original installation estimate. The estimator did not participate in the installation, but the two people that came out were again prompt, courteous and armed with all the tools that they needed to get the job done right. At the end of the installation, they put a sign on the shower door warning us to leave the door alone for 48 hours (the sign also included the date and time that it was OK to use the door) so that the silicone sealant could set properly. We were also given a thank you card with detailed care instructions and information on a referral program. Overall, we were very satisfied with the installation and the way that the enclosure has performed thus far.

They did a very nice job with minimal hardware that shows. They also came back to perform a fairly routine service call without question. I have used other companies in the past for shower door glass and I find them to be the most experienced and very reasonably priced.
