Went very smoothly, very professional, very knowledgeable (I had some technical questions) and very pleasant to work with. Would certainly use them again.

The work was wonderful and was done early. The work was professional and very well executed. I could not find any flaw in the work.

Looked like a factory installation. This is the third time we have used Master Auto Glass Inc. and they have always done excellent work. NO marks or glues on moldings or paint, everything reinstalled properly. Very satisfied!

Prompt, professional, courteous. No problems noted and I've been out in the rain. Performed work with car in front of my house in about an hour. Price is a bit higher than it might otherwise be because car is a hybrid. In any case, it was covered entirely by my insurance without question. Knowing how car repairs of any kind can be a hassle, working with this company was a breeze.

Done in less than an hour. All is well so far.

Called main number mid-evening on a Friday after having already spent a fruitless and frustrating hour on the phone trying to find someone who could do an emergency glass replacement. (My car had been broken into, the weekend was beginning, and I have no off-street parking; also, it was starting to rain heavily.) Service rep, Mark, seemed very responsive and kept me on "hold" briefly while he tried to reach "on-call" person. He then told me he'd been able to arrange for a mobile repair at my home early the next morning and that I'd be phoned between 7 and 8 to be advised on exact time of arrival. In the morning, not having heard from anyone, I phoned back and was told by the manager, Scott, that no order for a mobile repair had been arranged and that such service was not available on weekends. He said I would have to drive the car to Weymouth (from the Cambridge area) if I wanted the work done. When I protested that I'd spent a half hour on the phone with his own representative, who had explicitly promised the mobile visit, just hours before, he said he was sorry about any "confusion" but that the representative was "new" and hadn't known what he was promising. I was extremely upset about the terrible miscommunication, and I told him so. Less than a half hour later, when I was on the phone with another company that agreed to come out, Scott called on my other number. He said if I was unable to find someone else that he personally would drive out later in the day and fix the glass. I appreciated that he'd offered this and believe he was sincere. I still find it puzzling that such a poorly trained person would have been entrusted with the phones the night before, especially during "prime" car break-in hours; even if most companies no longer offer mobile service on weekends (and it seems that very few do, based on my experience), vandals are likely to target cars during these hours, and they don't take the weekend off, unfortunately.

Great, they returned my call right away and worked with my schedule. They came to my house for the work and handled everything with my insurance. Hassle-free and they did a great job.

THE TECH CAME TO OUR HOUSE TO PERFORM THE REPLACEMENT. HIGHLY UNUSUAL THE WINDSHIELD SHATTERED WHEN HE WAS TAKING IT OUT. HE GOT THE WINDSHIELD OUT AND REPLACED IT. HE VACUUMED THE WHOLE INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE ALONG WITH SWEEPING THE DRIVEWAY FOR THE GLASS THAT FELL TO THE GROUND.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE JOB WAS DONE IN THE TIME FRAME THEY GAVE ME. THEY CAME TO MY WORK SITE AND REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD WITHOUT ME NEEDING TO SIGN OR OBSERVE THE WORK.
