+ -1 morePOOR -- IN THE END, THEY SEEMED EITHER TOO BUSY OR JUST NOT INTERESTED IN WHAT (TO THEM) MAY HAVE BEEN A SMALL JOB. STILL, I EXPECTED AT LEAST A RETURN PHONE CALL FROM SOMEONE AT HANBURY, BUT I RECEIVED NONE. THEY MAY DO GOOD WORK, BUT THEY SHOULD TREAT PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS BETTER THAN THEY TREATED ME.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY DID NOT RESPOND TO MY REPEATED PHONE CALLS FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEY MADE TENTATIVE APPTS BUT THEN DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH.
