ALV came in the same day I posted on Angi’s, gave a reasonable quote, and then bought the tiles we were looking at the next day. 3 days later, the project is complete, the grout finished, everything looks fantastic. 10/10 would use these guys again."

He and his partner removed 3-inches of water from my basement, took out the faulty sump pump and installed a new one, and updated the outlet to GFCI. They put fans and a humidifier in my basement, gave me instructions to rotate them, and left them with me through the next day. The basement was clear of water when they left, and the new sump pump worked perfectly through the next storm. I appreciated how efficiently the work was done, and the information that Hanh gave me along the way so I could understand the process. Hanh even gave me recommendations for next steps. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"
