They were incredible. We called Michael Saturday night and he showed up on a Sunday morning, bringing massive de-humidifiers, fans and testing equipment. By the end of the day they filled over 50 construction bags of debris, opened up all the effected walls and ceilings and started the drying process. It took 5 days to get the rooms and walls dry. Michael Callahan, the owner, was there with his crew. Everyone who worked in the house was polite, neat and accommodating to our needs. When my wife and I first saw the damage we figured the cleanup would be a disaster. All the walls, ceilings and floors were saturated. We were amazed at how quickly and they handled the job. Their work was finished in just three afternoons, althoiugh Michael left his fans and dehumidifiers running for a week to insure there was no possiblilty of future mold or mildew. As far as disasters go, their handling of this could not have been better. Our Insurance Company highly recommended Servpro, saying this crew was the best...and they were. The charges were less than we anticipated and they worked seamlesslyl with the insurance company adjuster. I cannot recommend them more highly.
