While having my house painted, we decided to replace the 30 year old, sad-looking aluminum downspouts. Ryan Gutter Supply was recommended by my contractor as the place to go with the best selection, quality, and price. He was right. Andy took the color sample of the trim to the warehouse and returned with a perfect color match downspout. I ordered the parts, and they were delivered the next day. A year ago, eight copper downspouts were stolen from our 1886 Town Hall, which is listed on the National Registry of Historic Properties, among other historic designations. Ryan Gutter Supply was recommended by my contractor Michael J. Bellante Home Services, who was painting Town Hall, as a source for the 53 copper replacement pieces, because of their extensive in-stock supply of copper gutter systems and for their excellent service. I'm a private citizen -- not a town employee -- who volunteered to coordinate the project. After two trips Ryan G. S. in Westwood, MA and with the expert advice from Andy and Peter, we put together a preliminary list a parts needed to do the job. After Michael B. looked over the list, he made a few adjustments because of the difficult installation considerations of an old building. Each time changes were made to the original list, Andy or Peter followed up with confirmation phone calls and emails with revised quotes. Delivery was arranged, and Jeff called twice to confirm. On delivery day, Josh called that he was 15 minutes away. I met him at the Town Hall garage on time. {Great looking truck!} Each downspout was labeled as to its location on the building. Josh unloaded eight brown paper bags of elbows, etc., also labeled with the location designation. I asked who did all the sorting and labeling,and Josh said that he had since that was the way our order was placed, and he thought it would be easier for installation. The folks at Ryan Gutter Supply were wonderful to deal with. The products are top quality, reasonably priced, and the service is excellent. My financial advisor also used Ryan Gutter Supply for the gutter/downspout system on his house in Scituate and was also pleased doing business with them. I am having Michael J.
