Description of Work: Molloy painted our living room accent wall, kitchen, 1 bedroom and bathroom. He was flexible to push our painting date since we needed more time to finalize our color choices. He arrived at the house for the initial quote and the final painting before time. There were a lot of ugly holes in our walls due to the TV wall mount of our previous owner. He offered to fix the walls and retouch the paint for free. He also offered to swing by later again if the movers damaged the paint on our walls during moving.

+ 1 moreHe can do handyman work. He can come in and he's just this super-laid back and is a very nice man. I can just say, "Could you do this?" and he says, "Oh yeah, we could do that." So, he'll tell you if he can do something or if he doesn't. I usually throw out a couple things that I've been trying to get done around the house and usually there's no problem that I know of. I referred him to one of my friends as well and he painted a couple of rooms for her. She also needed to switch out the insert from her fireplace and he and his guys switched that out for her. So they kind of do a little bit of everything. He's super-professional and very trustworthy. The first two jobs he did for us someone was home. The last two jobs I just left the key under the back mat for him and he came and they did their thing. The pricing was extraordinary in comparison to other people that we didn't use, but that we thought to.
Description of Work: We've used, a number of times, an incredible painter, Michael Molloy Painting. We've probably used him four times in the last year for interior painting. Last week he was painting a room for us. He also did some other odd jobs around the house for us including hanging drapery rods. He charged us $500 to paint a sun room with a ton of detailed trim and to hang the curtain rods in two different rooms. The price also included painting stucco walls.
