Atlas Oil

Each year I would have to take the day off work. They gave a window of time and were never within the first hour. One year they didn't come at all. Glitch in their schedule. They rescheduled me and of course were late.

I go with the current market rate per gallon so it changes based on the market price. I'm on a contract with them. I may convert next year to natural gas. They did surprisingly well. They do emergency fills within 4 hours, they give you a notification a day before they come by to top up the tank and they have good team work.

they installed the new boiler, water heater, chimney flue, and removed all the old equipment ( boiler and oil tank ). plus they had to remove asbestos from the boiler first . they removed the asbestos on Thursday and did all the rest of the work on Fridayand had everything working. On saturday I had no hot water and they came right out to fix the problem. However, they were unable to fix the issue even after replacing a few of the electrical components and testing the wiring in the boiler. They stayed untill about 8:00 pm trying to solve this and then installed a portable water heater for my use. They came back sunday and contiued trying to solve the problem. They were talking with the mfg of the boiler constantly troubleshooting the problem but couldn't solve it. Finally the mfg sent out e representative and just before he arrived the Atlas serviceman found the problem, which was a bad electrical wire going to the carbonmonoxide detector. I think they performed an outstanding job with their perserverance especially on a weekend and one of the repair people was even called back from his vacation to try and help solve this issue. I have had the equipment now for a year and everything has worked out just great.

They are wonderful and you can reach them 24/7. They show up right away and they deal with any kind of minor problem. They don’t take anything lightly and treat everything very seriously. Their oil prices might be high. I would continue to use them in future.
