Very well. Slight delays due to supply chain issues, which were beyond Adelso's control, but his work is great. He is very easy to work with.

I ordered a piece of granite from this provider as well as ledger stone to re-surface my fireplace. I had to constantly confirm with Albert and he kept messing up my order even though we had a signed proposal. We ended up not getting the stone we wanted, and were still charged the same amount of money. Also he kept trying to cancel the installation by giving me all kinds of excuses even though he knew I had a tight deadline. That is not even the worst of it. I had brought in some ledger stone from a tile provider to his showroom to match with the piece of granite. He convinced me to go with his stone and not the one I had intended on purchasing from Tile Plus More. I informed him I wanted multi-color stone, with blue and grey. When he delivered the stone to me it was brown and not at all what I ordered. Never mind 2/3 of the stones were broken. It was horrible quality. When I told Albert I was not going to pay for it he was rude and arrogant, stating that he could not take it back. My response was that it was not what I ordered. Another really unpleasant feature is that he kept demanding cash! Which to mean screams fraud. DO NOT USE HIM!

Poorly. I tried to place on order on a Friday, but the saleswoman was not in the office. My information was taken, but I was never called nor were my phone calls returned. The following day I went to their office again and placed the order. A week later the materials were to be delivered. The gravel and sand were delayed a day. Pavers were delivered 5 days late (13 days from original order); however, they were the wrong pavers, and were left in my neighbors parking spot, rather than were I had indicated. After 2 phone conversations, and 5 voicemails to Ibel at AJT, over the course of a week, she stood firm that the pavers that were delivered - without any packaging or other indication of what they were, were the ones that I ordered and it was Cambridge Pavingstone's fault for misrepresenting the color and style in their catalog.
