Description of Work: Contacted ADT to provide complete Home security system, salesperson came to house, gave me a quote to do install and date. I took day off and scheduled all utilities to i needed on that day, ADT never showed up, all other utilities arrived and completed work that day. When i rescheduled which required more time out of work, tech did not believe it was possible to do the work as needed due to town permits. I was fine with that, i contacted sales rep. and asked him for a quote to do what was needed. He stated about 1k. I asked for a written estimate so that i could review and never received it or any other contact from the sales rep. I have moved on with another company.
