+ -1 moreI was very ,very pleased with the whole experience with this company,,,from the top down. The owner was very professional and called to let me know he would be a bit late for our first appointment...a mere 5 minutes. His staff was very punctual, polite, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. The front walkway, which I thought was a gray stone,,turned out to be a stone with a green tint to it after all the algae was removed. The team manager showed me how the roof had streaks of mold on it and should be treated at some future date. The owner called me later that day to see how everything went and not to hesitate calling him with any questions or concerns. THAT is good customer service.!! I will certainly be using their service for any future needs.
Description of Work: the workers used their softwash machines to clean mold and algae off my front walkway and front steps..Also in back area washed the algae and lichen off a wooden counter and not only removed moss off back walkway but took up the artificial turf which was badly damaged, rolled it up and put it in plastic bags, which they removed. In front of the house they washed the garage door removing mildew around the doormoldings.
