I am disappointed that you gave us a not so favorable review. I reviewed your customer file and found that on the day your job was to be installed that you were sick and told our crew that they could not do the inside work on that day and so our crew did what they could of the work on the outside of the house. Our Production manager, Mike Oliveira tried to reschedule you into our already full schedule and you could not do several proposed dates so that is partly why the job took so long to complete. On another note, it was true that the discharge had to be redesigned and a specialist to be assigned to your project to complete it and it appears that everything is completed since September 18. I did notice that you had mentioned on September 18 that a check would be mailed and as of the date of your posted review we have not received the payment of $2800.00 that was due upon completion of the job. My billing office has informed me that no check was received even though we were told that one was being sent. I understand that Ana in my office received a call from you finally , saying that you could not pay for the job because you were short on cash and asked for a payment plan. I can't believe you give us a bad review when you never complained to my office or crew. I am sorry you were not happy with the time it took to do you job, and I am sorry that you were sick on the day of your job. It cost my company more money because I had to send my crew back a second time. I wish you had at least contact my office to reschedule your job because you were sick - It would have allowed us to send the men to another job that day. It seems to me that your bad review was an attempt to justify that it was okay not to pay a company who had worked and fulfilled it's contract and yet wasn't paid at completion of job which the contract clearly stated. You agreed with the contract and signed it. Even though you have given us a bad review, our office allowed you to make you payment in 2 installments. Please reconsider your review, perhaps you didn't fully think it through before you wrote it. Pioneer Basement is in the business of helping people and have tens of thousands of happy customers over the last 30 years to prove it.
