I purchase a pellet stove on august 16th. I paid in full at that time and they said they would call when the stove arrived. I called in early September, because I still had not heard anything back from them. They said that it had not come in yet. So, I continued to call each week through the month of September. Still the company has indicated to me that it is still not in and that I should call back. I called back in October and still the stove is not in. They just keep telling me to call back next week. I have been around and have seen the same stove available at other stores, for less. I found that they were over charging me and have taken my money for something I have yet to receive. I called them and told them I wanted to cancel and they told me that I had to pay a 15% restocking fee. I asked why I had to pay a restocking fee for something that had not been delivered yet and they indicated that it had been ordered from their supplier and refused to cancel that order from the supplier. The contract that I had with them, does not speak of undoley delays in the delivery of the item purchased.
