+ -1 moreThe cleaning is always as scheduled. If you have a list of other things, she will build time in for that. They open and close houses for the Summer. If I'm out of state and If I can't be there, I can call her and ask her to be the point person to show the house. She helps people manage their rental.

+ -1 moreThey are reliable and that he individual owner is always available to contact if you have any problems. I can only grade on the ones I use which are always the same. I do know in the summer time they do hire alot of extra help but I haven't used any of them.
