From start to finish this was an amazing experience! Brandon contacted me very shortly after I submitted a request. He got me an estimate within an hour or two. Stayed in contact up until moving day. Informed me of a change to the original plan. Tanner and Justin, my movers, were very professional and worked quickly, efficiently and with smiles!!. They finished earlier than expectedâ ¦ saving me money!!! They were fantastic! Highly recommend Long

Excellent movers!

They did an awesome job moving my furniture and were careful with furniture and house walls/doorways.

They sent four guys for the price of two so that was very helpful and the job was completed a lot faster. There work was exceptional. They were right on time, fast and efficient. they were there for the customer.

The main mover, Jerome was excellent, however his co-worker was a young person that appeared to have just rolled out of bed and also had a sprained ankle. The move took much longer than anticipated because of the assistant who needed constant direction. I was also hit with a $125 fuel surcharge which was never mentioned in the contract or the original estimate. My move estimate was $675-$800 and they charged me $1,261. They handled the move without any issues, but it took them longer than it should have and I was shocked at the cost!

I utilized Long Moving and Storage for a second time on 27 June 2022 (New Bedford, MA) because of the great service the first time. They did not disappoint. The process was smooth from beginning to end. Communication was always open and all calls or emails were answered by Brandon in a timely manner without hesitation and extreme courteous. The day of the move, Zack was there with his team as informed. Again, another great team showed up and handled my belongings with care. Zack was very attentive, polite, hardworking and definitely represented the company in the most utmost manner. Again, another positive move experience. I highly suggest you make Long Moving and Storage part of your next move.

It was good. They were right on time and took care of a problem w had with a broken spindle that happened on the truck.

These people are great. When I needed to speak to someone at the company my call was returned very quickly. The 2 men who moved my furniture worked very quickly and carefully, and were polite and friendly. I would definitely hire Them again.

Didnâ t have a lot of stuff to move but they were able to move it in a little over 2 hours. I contacted other companies and Long Moving was the cheapest and the best with customer service. Extremely happy with my experience and will be using them again.
