Description of Work: Glenn Goddard and his team did an exceptional job. We had a tile floor in our hallway that was installed in concrete. Glenn and his crew picked up all of the tile and concrete down to the subfloor. No one else was willing to do that. He installed hardwodd to match our other hardwood in our living room that is probably 40 years old. The match is perfect. They also were willing to move furniture around in an upstairs bedroom that we wanted to refinish the floor. It meant doing the floor in stages so we wouldn't have to hire movers to get the very heavy furniture out of the room. Glenn did most of the work while we were out of the country. His crew was neat, little dust remained, and the finished product looks great. He returned all calls promptly, and any issues were quickly resolved. We chose Goddard even though he was a little more expensive than some of the other estimates, but he was willing to accomodate us (re: furniture moving and getting the tile down to the subfloor). I highly recommend Goddard and would use him again.
