Small family business started by the father in 1999, based on family values, honesty, and great customer service. We pride ourselves on not being sales people we will not sell you anything you do not need or over sell you. It is important to us to serve our customers with the highest quality service. We only subcontract plumbing and electrical contractors. We provide free estimates, service contracts, a one year labor warranty on new installations. We are fully insured and are more than willing to provide the proper documentation. Brooks Cooling and Heating specializes on residential and commercial existing or new construction, we provide free estimates.

Recommended by a friend for the job at my house. He put in the new system. I questioned a few things he did, but he assured me it was done correctly. Not my specialty area so I had to trust him, but was still concerned about a few things. Just recently hand a contractor in my house for some work and he was upset by the work that was performed and said it didn't meet the codes. Very disappointed...
