+ -1 moreJim Anza is a very nice guy. However, I had to call him several times just to get him to come by to give me a quote. Once he was there, he could not give me even a general estimate on the spot (all the other people I got quotes from either gave me exact quotes on the spot or general estimates followed by a more accurate quote within a couple days). His quote did not arrive for a couple weeks! Needless to say, we had the job done by someone else and it came out wonderfully for a fraction of the price he quoted.

+ 2 moreThe great part about using Anza Outdoor Solutions is that the owner is always available. Jim takes the time to listen to your needs and designs based on your likes and dislikes. Jim and his guys always came when he said that they would, the job was finished in a timely fashion and the price did not creep. I would thoroughly recommend the company. I have many times.
Description of Work: For the last four years I have used Anza Outdoor Solutions. I had a large rocky lot with overgrown trees. Every spring I commit to another project and have consistently used Jim Anza. He and his crew the first year created a garden from an overgrown mess. The crew leveled the lot, removed dead trees, planted flowers and shrubs and created a well manicured back lawn which is watered using a sprinkler system . In subsquent years I needed my basement waterproofed, my driveway repaved, my walkway redone and this year I plan to redo my front yard.
