Since our schedule was flexible we were willing to wait a little while to get the outside of the house cleaned, especially since he was willing to negotiate on the price. When Ryan and his employee came out to clean the house, they did it in about three hours and the house looked great. He even gave us some suggestions on what we could do to spruce up our weathered decorative shutters.

Ryan and his crew were incredible. He was always punctual.....never had to wonder if they would be coming due to the weather. We were amazed at the transformation of our home. He's professional and only when asked, he would give us his opinion on color options. He was "spot on" with everything. He not only gave a perfect paint job, he also went above and beyond by restoring our cellar windows, raking any paint chips on the ground and best of all, he even washed our garage windows to make everything look immaculate. Ryan and his staff completed the job in 1 week. We were so impressed with Robichaud Painting Co!!! We had other estimates, but so thankful that we gave Ryan the task. He exceeded all our expectations and more.

After hiring Ryan and his team to paint our basement last year, we brought them back for a second phase of the job-painting the exterior trim of the house. Very easy to work with-they did a very good job. The price was right and Ryan was great throughout. He tries hard to please his customers and helped us understand all of the options. Ryan came in 2 days prior and patched the popcorn ceiling. He and his team returned on Wednesday promptly at 8 am patched/filled nail holes and were finished painting and cleaning by 3:30. We are very satisfied with the work performed and with Ryan's professionalism. We will definitely be using him again.

Everything went as planned

Besides the original painting Ryan also did a few extras that improved the house. He suggested we replace our doorknobs and hinges since he would be removing them to paint. We never would have thought of this...but it makes a big difference. His attention to detail is to be commended. He put knobs on our kitchen cabinets and made some old furniture look like new. We whole heartedly recommend him. I didn't rate price as I really had nothing to compare with his price. Ryan is the first painter we have hired. The quality of Ryan's work, knowledge of what looks good and his communication with the us was very important to us. Ryan delivered in every way. We had a wonderful experience and will use him again without question. We contacted several of his previous customers and they all had glowing reports which helped us decide that our first impression was accurate.

Ryan and his crew were great to work with. We received three bids for our painting. Ryan's price was in the middle and well worth it. They did what we asked, and also made some suggestions which we really appreciated. We already have a quote to have him paint the exterior of our house and will start once the weather is right. I would recommend Ryan to anyone and look forward to working with him again in the future.

I couldn't have asked for a more professional and courteous company to work with. Ryan showed up on time, was careful with his equipment in my condo and new hardwood floors, and takes an incredible amount of pride in this work. He explains things in easy to understand terms, even giving me tips on how to do the painting of the kick plates of the stairs if I decided to paint the stairs myself. Which I opted not to do and glad that I didn't as they turned out fantastic. I have plans to hire him to come back and paint the master bedroom in a couple of weeks.

We got a few estimates and decided to go with Robichaud Painting. The owner looked at the house, explained how they would do the job, answered our many questions and gave a detailed written contract. We excluded some portions that we could paint ourselves. Several rotted boards needed to be replaced. We had the choice of either wood or PVC and used the latter in some rot-prone areas. They gave the option to spot prime or prime all over. A nice gesture, they replaced a hard to reach lightbulb while up on the ladder. Communication was good the whole time. The crew (owner and 2 others) was friendly, hard-working and cleaned up the area after working. The stain/paint looks great.
