 + 4 moreBrian's crew did an excellent job. This was a tricky project in that we needed to make adjustments based on what we discovered during demolition (you never know what's behind the walls). Brian's team were friendly and responsive, always erring on the side of over-building rather than cutting corners. I've recommended Pier3 to many of my neighbors doing renovations and roofing projects.
Description of Work: Gutting, framing, roofing (flat rubber and shingle), window installation and exterior trim and clapboard install for a complete 870 square foot renovation of the 3rd floor of our home, taking an open layout and creating 2 large bedrooms, full Master bathroom, laundry area and several closets. Required expanding an existing dormer and building a new dormer. Owner acted as General Contractor.

 + -1 moreWe are very happy with the garage. A few minor miscommunications between the me and the contractor did occur, but we were able to work them out. I have no big complaints and the subs were excellent and did a great job on the garage. Update 3/14/2018: We have since had a huge crack and several smaller cracks in the cement floor. I've called and they were supposed to send someone out but they never showed up.
Description of Work: They built a 26' x 32' garage for us.
