+ -1 moreHe was very good about saying exactly when he could make it, and was very prompt. The guy that came out was pretty thorough about finding out what they problem was, and explaining/communicating what he was going to do. This was my first time using them, and would recommend them.
Description of Work: A different company had put in the wrong size fitting for our ductless heating and cooling system, which Partridge fixed.

Description of Work: The contract was to install a geothermal heat pump system. There is not enough text space in this memo box to describe all of the problems that I had. They were in my house for 8 months and still did not finish. Duct design is so bad I now have to pay someone else to fix it. Static pressure was off the charts and extremely noisy. Geothermal Pipes still leaking ethanol in my basement. I kept pointing out design issues and they kept saying they would fix them all but eventually they stopped showing up and didn't call again. I joined Angies list to avoid these types of situations and would appreciate a call. 508-277-2230 I have since canceled my membership.
