Description of Work: Replaced clapboard siding with vinyl siding

Description of Work: We were surprised that the crew consisted of only 2 men, Bob Leger (the owner of the company) and an assistant. It became clear very quickly how much Bob has invested in his reputation! We found Bob to very thorough and resourceful. When we discovered that the house did not have any insulation in the exterior walls, Bob offered to install all necessary insulation, on a Saturday! Not only was the project completed on time, but he did not charge us an exorbitant up charge for the additional work. We highly recommend this company for any siding or general contractor work. We intend to have them back to install shutters on the house.

Description of Work: Our house was sided with vinyl siding, replacement of one exterior door with frame, replacement of 2 storm doors, and a new deck was built with pressure treated wood. | |The siding job included removing all of the masonite siding that was on the house, repairing any rotted sections, wrapping the plywood and doing all aluminum coverings on the window frames and sills. The deck included demolition of a 10 x 10 deck and construction of a new 14 x 20 deck with handrails and staircase. | |I was very happy with all aspects of the job, from the quoting process through the completion of the work. Bob was always very responsive to the many questions and requests that I had and adjusted the scope during the project a couple of times with no hesitation. They did a very good job in terms of quality, the cost was the lowest of the quotes I had received (although very close to several of them) and they kept the work site clean during the entire job. I would definitely hire Bob again in the future, and would recommend him to anyone looking to do exterior work to their house.
