we are a family owned business operating for 20 yrs. our cost are kept low because we have lower overhead than most. we offer 24 hr service and will always do our best to make the customer , large or small happy with every aspect of the job.

we offer a wide range of services such as well drilling for domestic use, irrigation, geothermal, pump systems for all wells, hydrofracture service, custom built water filtration units, and we offer portable soda or sand blasting services to clean mold or restore metal.

Services we don't offer

we are affiliated with several different companies for the geothermal systems and irrigation system. we do not do those specific systems but we provide the well and water for them to proceed.

We used to be with this one guy that we had for years and year, and the box broke, and I had him come. He said it would take me $5000 to fix that. I will be doing a check up again in spring. We have had him for years for our pump, and I remembered him saying that if anything happened to the softener then we should call him. He had these two guys put a whole new unit in, and the water has been fine. One thing that bothered me was that when the bill came in, and it was itemized, it says that Mr Gagne charge $85 for coming in to explain how the system works. I never paid it because he never came to explain how it works, the two guys did. I didn't pay it, and I haven't heard from them. The guys were great, they carried all the bags, and put the skid in the salt spa.
Description of Work: We use Gagne & Son Pump Company. We put in a whole water filtration system. He is my pump guy too, and he takes care of our well too. It included a salt softener that I had asked for.

Description of Work: Actual work done was good and technician was good. Customer service and professionalism was definitely lacking from office. They never called back and never answered the phone.

Wow [removed member name] I am completely shocked by your review. I have a single phone line that I manage myself, and being extremely busy, if the occasional call is missed or message not returned I apologize, and i also believe at one point i was out of town and still trying to manage phone calls. However I feel that we went over and above to serve you, each step of your work was done in a very timely manner. Your contractor didn't return my important calls regarding the site and the deposit needed to start the work, the site was not ready on more than 1 occasion,and you and I spoke multiple times regarding everything so this is not what I expected. You know I did my best to figure out the issue and ultimately resolved it. Not only did I explain each process step by step, we ran the well several times to get the chlorine completely out. Chlorinating wells is a required part of the drilling process and the only way for the board of health to get a potable sample is to run ALL of the chlorine out, which i have no control over how long it can take. Your well did take exceptionally longer than usual but i didn't even charge for the multiple times it was set up to run, the generator and fuel that was there every time, the man hours, or any excess time involved arranging the appointments with the board of health and taking more than a couple samples. i didn't charge you for every time we did that. The fact that you are in town , new to the well process, I felt like it was a good idea to try and help you out. The charges for all that would have been absurdly high. I would have preferred that you voice your complaint directly to me instead of an Internet insult to me personally since I handle the phone. I guess I do learn from these reviews because I will think twice about going out of my way to help clients that clearly don't appreciate all the effort I personally put into conversations, explaining the process , finding solutions, and dealing with 3rd parties. Which to date I have never again spoken with the contractor, after MY multiple voicemails, i am guessing he is also very busy and communication can be a problem when you have an exceptionally busy business. I do hope the building is going well ,i hope your new home turns out beautiful, and I hope you enjoy the wonderful town of Westminster. Thank you! Cris gagne

Called on a Saturday morning and they had a service man over that same morning at no additional cost from their regular weekday hours. He got down and dug through the mud and water with his hands to repair our leaking system within an hour. Cleaned up afterwards with no trace of his being there. Would highly recommend their prompt professional service from call operator to service personnel.

Excellent company! You don't find this kind of professionalism many places anymore! We spoke with Gagne pump throughout the purchasing of our home. We learned a lot. And they've done it with a smile. Our water quantity was in question after the home inspection. Gagne pump redid the tests and more. Our quantity turned out perfect. They were able to give us advise on filters as well. We'll be going back to them for filters and any work we need.
