Work has not been completed due to no fault of Batten Electric. The customer wanted a specific fixture and will let Batten Electric know when it can be completed along with an extra project of putting in a plug and switch. Zach did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and giving options. Left the area neat and clean. UPGRADE: Work was completed in a timely manner. Very professional, knowledgeable. Easy to deal with. Explained why available fixture was not suitable for use. Allowed a new choice, came back and finished the job. Everything left neat and clean. Hope to have Batten Electric do other work as needed.

Rodney provided us high quality work with great customer service. They came to our house on Black Friday and cleaned everything up nicely after work. They even provided extended tube for our bathroom fan. Highly recommend their great service!

The service for the GFI replacement/relocation was excellent. I also asked about a second project: replacing a fan/light/heater over the shower. They said the manufacturer still made these and they were going to check on availability the next day. The only reason I gave the service rating a 4 is because I haven't heard anything from them for a week. I still would highly recommend them for any electrical job.
