I contacted him two separate days through the Angi app and left messages. He didn't respond, then I called him directly. I described the project and sent him photos by text messaging. He told me he wanted to come to my house to look first before scheduling the work, but he couldn't come for 2 weeks. I agreed, he said he'd contact me. He didn't. I contacted him again 3 weeks after our phone conversation. He gave me a price including the permit, I agreed, he said he'd apply for the permit and then call me again when it was approved. A week later, he sent me a text message to tell me he wanted to come over to look to get info to apply for the permit. He wanted to come the one day I wasn't available, I told him any other day that week, any time. Then he got ****** off that I wasn't available the one day he wanted to come to look, and I reminded him that 4 weeks had passed since we first spoke and he'd told me he was booked for 2 weeks out. He got ****** off and told me to find someone else to do the project. If he didn't want to do the job, he should've just told me during our first phone conversation instead of wasting 4 weeks of my time.

Zach did a great job installing a light fixture in my dining room. He is professional and courteous. He cleaned up after himself and even called ahead to make sure I wasn’t worried about rain getting tracked in because of the weather. I would definitely hire him again.
