We had mykel and his team build a deck for us. He did an amazing job. Always asked us questioned on what we wanted and very responsive and easy to work with. Will be using Petzold Custom Carpentry for future projects.

We also added more work to the original project. We added two new replacement deck, new outdoor lighting on the house, and new whole house fan install. Mykel also added a feature wall in the bedroom. Mykel and his team provided quality services, excellent execution and top notch follow through. In addition they dwete very reliable, cleaned up every day to keep the work areas clean and even washed down the entire bath and floor!! We will be working with them on other projects. Very professional, gave us options/choices and was an excellent communicator and ray to work with!!
