Description of Work: My three-year old Toro lawnmower would not start. I called Mike and arranged to drop the mower off at his shop. He said that he could look it over and get back to me within a couple of days. True to his word, he got back to me promptly, explained what he found, described how he corrected the problem and gave me some suggestions to keep it from happening again. I was completely satisfied and would not hesitate to go back to him for service again.

Description of Work: preseason snowblower tuneup...what a good move that turned out to be! Picked up snowblower as and when promised, did thorough service including oil change and belt adjustments, dropped off the snowblower way ahead of the snow.

Description of Work: Picked up and returned my snowblower (with a charge). Snowblower was running very rough and needed a tuneup. I've successfully used the snowblower a number of times this past winter without any problems. It starts easily and works under load without sputtering, back firing, etc. So, the proof is in the pudding.
