He responded within 24 hours, came out within another 24 hours, gave us a walk through and was very honest. Three workers came and had everything done within 5 hours and they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them in the future!

I had some led strip lighting replaced in my salon. They came and looked at it right away and fixed it within a week. Had to order part. I would definitely use them again.

Hooked up new generator and installed 20 circuit panel. Excellent work. It was difficult because my house is old and they went above and beyond. Can't say enough about them.

They are quick and get the job done right

I hired Rick and his team to either find and pull out knob and tube wiring. He recommended pulling out the old knob and tube and fix of wiring of the two apartments rather than rewiring the two apartments. I expected the costs may go higher than what he expected by 15-20% but it went up almost 50%. The work kept getting dragged on while I was being charged on an hourly basis. I was glad when the work was done and paid him in full on promise of getting final inspection done over the next couple of days. My mistake. It has been 3 months of chasing him and I still don't have keys back for my 2 apartments. Then we got a cold spell and found out that the electrician pulled out my furnace (that serviced both apartments) from house meter to second floor empty apartment. At that point my Buderus (10k+) furnace froze and cracked and of course there is no response from Rick at Local Electric Services. I tried to reach out to homeadvisors first to see if they could help me resolve the issue but I have not heard anything back from them either. Overall, a really bad experience.

We hired Local Electrical services to install a portable generator installation and I would not hesitate to recommend and rehire them for any electrical work. Rich and his associate where polite and provided exceptional service in a timely and professional manner. Rich save me extra cost in the installation was prompt and expedited installation.
