Description of Work: They replaced a small section of Roof and installed sky lights. The work was completed and once they decided to do the work it was done professionally and quickly. The windows were to not correctly sized for the previous windows opening and will require substantial carpentry work on the interior of the room. Additionally it took a substantial amount of time to get them out to the house to do the work. overall the service was OK but the experience was less than stellar this time around. We previously had then redo the roof overall and that job was quick and efficient and in general an excellent experience. this one was substantially less so.

Description of Work: They shoveled snow off my roof. I called Express Roofing but the owner was on winter vacation and had all calls referred to one of the men on his crews. This was after the first big storm and the original bid was 1000.00 for a job that took 3 men just over one hour. We settled on $600.00 but I still felt I was being taken. Of course as the storms kept coming this was a reasonable price. Having cleared the roof I had to specifically ask them to clear the snow they had sent down on steps, porches, and the driveway. There company was called JDQ construction

Description of Work: Shovel main roof. I had garage roof stripped and redone last spring. Did great job.

Description of Work: STRIPPED AND REPLACED 27 SQUARES OF ROOFING AS WELL AS REPLACING 27 BOARDS (16FT EA). ENTIRE PROJECT DONE IN ONE DAY AS QUOTED. JAVIER WAS JOB SUPERVISOR AND KEPT ME CONSTANTLY UPDATED ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS EXCELLENT AND NO CALLBACKS WERE NECESSARY. I WOULD RECOMMEND FOR CONSIDERATION BY ANYONE WITHIN THIER SERVICE AREA.

Description of Work: Express Roofing, Inc. removed up to 3 layers of old shingles and replaced the roof on house, guard shack, and garage. They arrived at approx. 7 a.m. and were done by 6 p.m. A new roof in just one day! Amazing! They were not only expeditious, but tidy... everything cleaned up by day's end! We are quite pleased and would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: I contacted Express Roofing on a Saturday afternoon to request that they remove snow from my roof. They called back within 2 hours and explained that they no longer do snow removal from roofs. But I have to give the kudos for responsiveness and professionalism. None of the other roofing companies have called me back yet - and it's Monday! You mway want to remove Express Roofing from the snow ice removal roofing category though.

Description of Work: Sent them an email and heard back within the hour to let us know they didn't do small roof repairs, very fast and attentive.

Description of Work: I recently had 2 layers of shingles removed and new plywood added to the entire roof (unexpected but needed). Everything about this project went smoothly. Mike (Owner) was very responsive to my phone calls and questions. He would call me back on average in 5mins or less. I needed plywood on the roof which was ordered and delivered in 45mins to my house. The guys working on the roof never took a break except when coffee arrived (and it was not very long). Everyone whom I spoke to from Express Roofing was professional and courteous, from Mike to the guys working on the roof. It was a pleasure working with them and getting to know them while at my house, (which did not in any way get in the way of stripping two layers of shingles, and plywood, and installing new plywood and shingles all in approximately 6.5hrs). They came to the job site clean, draped the house to protect vegetation, and cleaned up better then I could have done. My yard definitely looked better after they left and completed the roof. This company cares about the property they are working on. I would recommend them without reservation.
