A superb work effort and a fantastic job was di=one. He arrived on time, charged the agreed upon price and both my fence and deck look fabulous and ready for the next step in preparing for spring's arrival.

I had my deck, house, and brick porch pressure washed. After the deck dried, the black mold was still ingrained there, it had just faded a little. And the brick porch still had black mold on the side.

Hire East Coast Power Washing. Dave did the entire house in about an hour. The house came out so nice I cancelled the painter saving me hundreds of dollars:) Ask for Dave he is the best / prompt and professional and will do a great job!!!!!

Nice guy, cleaned all siding in an hour and a half. Missed a bit, but fine when I pointed it out. I was rather disappointed that gutters are pretty much as they were before. He explained that they will not come clean, but google search suggests it can be done with specialist chemicals. Time and work on my part will tell if that is the case!

Showed up 4 hours late. Did a good job, anyways. Truck left an oil stain on my freshly sealed driveway.

My appointment was for 3:15 in the afternoon, so I got out of work early to meet him. He did not show up until 5:30, he did not call to let me know he was running late. I call his cell and main customer service to no avail. He finished the job in less than an hour and was not aware of the cost...he quoted me $150 but asked for $200. I paid him $150. I expected a more professional operation.

Dave was very prompt in response and came in time for an unexpected snow before Thanksgiving. Every other business in town or in the neighboring towns had been booked out. Dave's offer was reasonable and we decided to hire him for the entire snow season. Would recommend you to contact Dave for pricing and make an arrangement.
