Heather Witalisz was recommended to me when I was looking for a first home and did not know where to start. We had a great initial meeting that set the tone for everything to follow. We talked through what I was looking for, from specifics of the house, to the area. local schools, community, etc. etc. Heather had a great knowledge of the local market's inventory, and was able to very quickly factor in my likes / dislikes, size requirements, and price range to come up with a great list of houses already available, and homes that would be listed within a few weeks. Heather carefully and thoroughly explained the process to me and patiently answered all my newbie real estate questions, made recommendations on who to talk to for financing (and what to expect from that process), and signed me up for listing notifications from her web site. When I was ready, I contacted her with a property I wanted to see. She got me in very quickly, and spent plenty of time with me at the house; she knew just what to look at for signs of wear and tear, mice, damage, etc. When it came time to make an offer, Heather was again thorough and professional, texting me regular updates (the process was a little slower than usual, and she didn't want me to panic!). When our offer was accepted, she was immensely helpful with everything that followed, from the inspections all the way through closing. This experience could have been overwhelming and terrifying, but Heather is both accessible and extremely efficient. She was there to answer every question I had, and to make sure I was buying a home (and not just a house) I could be comfortable in. I'd recommend her again in a heartbeat to anyone looking for someone to trust with a home purchase (or sale).
