the ares rug was a light blue with pastel pattern, when he returned it he said he couldn't get the brown out. I thought he meant the fringes some what as a spot was on a corner, y Upon unrolling it the next day, I saw that the the rug is colored brown. This is why he didn't want to charge us for this work the other job is on another review same day.

He had to come back to coat spots that were missing, upon coming back and the floor drying, we found spots still not filled in. The floor is not a consistent sheen. The floor looks patchy.

Yesterday Rich cleaned all the carpets in my Mom's house (7 rooms and a hall). We were extremely pleased with the fabulous job that Rich did. He truly exceeded our expectations. On top of doing superior work and removing really tough stains, he has a great personality - very professional, polite, friendly and very helpful. He even replaced a chirping battery in my Mom's smoke alarm before he left. If you are looking for a superior rug cleaner and fair prices, look no farther . . . Whip City Cleaning Service is a gem!

I am extremely pleased with his service and will definitely use him again. I was thinking I would have to replace the carpet but after this professional cleaning I think I can get a few more years out of the carpet. He removed his pet stains and smells and it’s like having a new carpet.
Description of Work: The Berber carpet in my finished basement was very dirty. Rich came in and miraculously cleaned it up.

Had my carpets cleaned yesterday by Whip City Cleaning Service and the only bad thing is I should've called them 3 years ago! Wow!! Carpeting looks brand new and spotless. We are so impressed with this company I can't say enough....they showed up right on time (preceded by an email the day before to remind us they were coming) and got right to work. 100% professional and did an outstanding job. Description of Work: I don't understand your wording above asking details of experience. I hired and paid. Rich cleaned our basement carpet and 12 stair leading down. He also cleaned a dinning room rug, which was very reasonable.I recommend Whip City to all. Great service,professional and friendly! Give Whip City Cleaning a try. Family owned and local!
