He was scheduled to arrive at 6:30 am. Showed up at 6:25 with 10 other people. He removed two courses of shingles, replaced two rotting sheets of plywood, re-shingled the roof, and had everything done and cleaned up and was gone by 12:30. The 11 men worked like a well oiled machine. Each worker knew exactly what he had to do and when he had to do it. Excellent job at a reasonable price. I would highly reccomend.

Patrick was very flexible and scheduled his work around our needs. He worked straight through until the job was done, which was a very quick 3 days. He left the site clean, and the quality of the work was excellent. He was very professional and easy to work with. We will use him again when the roof on our rental is ready to be replaced.

Beautifully! His men are some of the hardest working friendly workers I have ever seen! We had blistering heat these last couple of weeks and these guys were cheerful, fast and great at their jobs. They arrived on time and in some cases, before that. They worked methodically and extremely well together. When their job was done, they had thoroughly cleaned up around the house. The entire job was done as promised well within the time frame that we had discussed and our house looked like a brand new house! My husband was leaving to run some errands the day after they had finished and a neighbor was driving by and stopped to say how wonderful our house looked and what a great job we had done! I do believe we have the nicest house on the street now! Thank you Patrick and your crew! I will always refer folks to you if they ask. Oh, did I mention that your quote was well below others and you absolutely stuck to it? I am a huge fan!

It went extremely smoothly. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently he and his crew worked. They arrived at about 7AM and were done by 1PM. Very pleasant fellow to deal with and I would highly recommend him. His price was also far and away better than any of the other estimates I got. Great experience all around!

Initial contact reference and reason for considering Patrick Kelly Roofing for this project was motivated by having watched a similar re-roofing project completed by his team on our next door neighbor's home of similar age in 2003. We experienced exceptional execution from our initial request for quote through post-project final clean up. On site response to RFQ was completed within 24 hours of first contact with a thorough discussion of options, planning for what-ifs in case of findings needing repair following decking removal, materials selection, pre-planning for mobilization, choosing sites for job materials placement on the property, dumpster location, crew parking locations and detailed commitment of daily on-site crew arrivals. All new materials / 30 yard dumpster / job site tools arrived as planned and were placed exactly as originally mapped during our site survey. Entire work site crew arrived together in multiple vehicles (convoy) each day within 5 minutes of planned and pre-communicated start time which was typically 6:15 am. Patrick Kelly (owner) was physically present on the job site 100% of each work day. Crew numbered 12-14 on a daily basis and demonstrated high energy, high level of coordination and close attention to detailed installation quality. This team hustled!!!! Day 1 included set up of tarps/debris slides around 100% of house and garage perimeter to protect the exterior of the structures as well as contain debris, execution of original house roof removal and house deck repairs plus house roof deck plywood installation. Garage roof deck was also stripped on day 1 using full care to protect the attached greenhouse which is an all glass structure.. Day 1 activity completely filled initial 30 yard dumpster which was emptied and returned early morning day 2 for balance of demolition materials. House re-roofing commenced on day 2 in parallel with specified garage roof structural repairs and garage plywood decking installation. Day 3 included completion of house re-roof install, final aluminum soffit trim installations, 100% new aluminum gutter installation on house and a meticulous site clean up inclusive of final dumpster removal and final job site tooling/materials removal by mid-afternoon. Following my post-project inspection, I requested a call back on one minor aluminum trim change at the junction of a complex valley and interface of a pair of porch roofs which we know from 60 years of site occupancy to be a snow and ice trap during tough winters. This requested modification was completed the following business morning. Following a one day delay due to severe morning downpours on the initial planned start day, the weather was stable for the full three day project duration, temps high 80's/low 90's, with no rainfall so no project execution delays were encountered once the crew launched. I would highly recommend Patrick Kelly and his crew for similar work with no reservations whatsoever. Their mobilization execution, ongoing throughout-the-workday site cleaning and installation sequencing demonstrated efficient and obviously well honed team skill sets for this type of residential roofing work. Given the complexity of this two story house roof structure, the condition of existing roof decks plus the age of both the house and garage, I would classify this project as one of their more challenging residential projects which we discussed in detail during the quotation phase. Communications with Patrick were easy and timely, primarily using cell and text. We had a quick daily pre-work start meeting and discussed activities/resolved my questions in real time. In summary, a complex and difficult project well executed with high quality from initial quote through final demobilization. No surprises regarding pre-mobilization, job launch timing or execution. Team was an execution powerhouse during each work day. Full compliance demonstrated with safety protocols.

He did it real fast, they were there only a few hours and the whole roof was done. His price was pretty good, and the quality was good.

The owner himself was on the roof with his team. All knew what to do and had a very good system. The roof looks great and had no leaks. The yard was cleaned up of all waste materials. Good job at a fair price.

We had our entire exterior house renovated in 2002. The owner was fair in pricing and reliable. The job was done within a reasonable time frame. The work was high quality. We haven't had any problems since the job was completed. We have recommended him to several other neighbors and friends and have heard of no negative issues.

From the first walk through to the final clean up Patrick and his crew were very professional. Communication was excellent and they provided us with exactly what we discussed and expected. Workers were very professional and their clean up of job site was fantastic. I would not hesitate to use the again or recommend them to anyone.

In the summer of 2007 I noticed that a shingle had fallen off my roof. I called up Patrick Kelly and he came out and fixed it. About a week later another shingle fell off and I called and he came out and fixed it again. The next summer more shingles started falling off the roof. I called, left a message and nothing. Called again, still no response. I eventually contacted the shingle company and they sent me out a kit where I had to hire someone to remove some of the shingles, fill out alot of paperwork and take alot of photos from all kinds of angles. I mailed it out and I recieved a letter stating that the shingles were installed incorrectly. After Christmas 2013, just before a snow storm, I climbed the ladder to renail yet another shingle that was hanging off. Six years of problems and hiring someone to come out and keep doing roof repairs. I would not recommend him to roof a dog house!!!!!

Price was close, but some of the estiment seemed very high.

No tar paper put down. They ran out of ice dam material.It cost us$6000 to repair the damage.

They were fine. They were absolutely good. They were very good on the price. There has been some slight problems with the gutters. They haven't put them on the way they should. I called them up, and he contacted his better person. He fixed the gutters at no additional charge.

Came out to our property to give us an estimate for a new roof on a house built in 1900. Was very prompt and professional. We really liked Kelly Patrick and his bid was very reasonable for the size of the house. We did however go with another company simply based on the materials used.

Crew got to work very fast - very professional, cleaned up all mess and finished before expected. We also used them to do our roof on our house at a later date - best price out of all of the estimates we got, and they did a great job.

They were prompt. He did not listen to anything I told him. I made them do things over. I am a little disappointed in the way it looks. He called me "picky." The roof has not leaked, but I have not called them back for any other work. I would not recommend them to anyone.
