 + -1 moreFrom the quote to the finished install, this job went smoothly. The salesman was knowledgeable and met our requests. The installer was on time and did a great job, right down to wiping his fingerprints off the door when he was done. I love the door and think I got a very fair price. I would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: Replaced garage door, rails & springs. Disposed of old door. Reconnected existing garage door opener.

 + -1 moreOne guy arrived at 7:50 am to start all the prep work. All ladders and tools out of van. New blades on saws etc. Truck pulled in with the doors and another guy. They set to work cutting out all the old hardware, before they could go any further they had to fix the center post. It had let go under the weight of the old doors. They bolted it to the concrete floor. They put up the new tracks and then the doors. By 1:45, they had the tracks in, doors together and up. all the trim on. They had loaded the old doors, hardware, cardboard from the doors into their vans for disposal.. They showed me the inside of the doors, how they lock and briefly went through what they did. 1 of the guys said he had never seen hardware like that and he's been in the field 30+ years. What can I say my place is over 200 years old. The experience with them was a positive one.
Description of Work: I needed the doors to my garage replaced. I saw them at the Home Show in W. Springfield. Got all the information I needed to make a decision. Called on Monday to make an appointment. They made the appointment within 2 days. The guy was 1/2 hour early. We looked at the doors. All hardware had to be removed and replaced because it was from the 20's. He gave me a quote, I said fine. We scheduled it for the following Friday. They call the day before they were to come to reschedule, there was a problem with the doors. We picked the following Friday. They called the Tuesday before they were due come over and asked if they could come Wednesday or Thursday because the doors came early and we were to get rain on Friday and they didn't want to hold me up. They came on time. Finally a good experience with a contractor.
