We received a coupon in the mail for $30 off a house washing. We called and the owner's father said they would send someone out the next day for an estimate. The estimate was $385. We have a fairly large colonial so with the $30 coupon a house washing for $355 seemed very reasonable. The father said his son would call with a date to do the work. After a week of not hearing from him we called and left a message. Dave Collier called right back, apologetic about the amount of time, explaining that they've been very busy. He scheduled a Sunday date which worked out great for us. He and his crew showed up on time and got straight to work. I expected a quick and superficial job for the amount of money, but he and his crew were very thorough, taking over 2 hours to complete the job. While it wasn't part of the agreement, his crew also cleaned the gutters of the maple tree seeds that had accumulated. And we also got a song from one of the crew. And when it was done the house looked great!
