Well but paint peeled after 3 years

Great paint job, great price, excellent cleanup, finished on time

Letourneau & Sons is a family owned and operated business and truly operate as a team. Bill was immediately available to provide a free estimate regarding the house and deck painting that I needed done, as well as discussing the materials that they typically used and any other materials I might prefer. I received the estimate within the time that was promised, but I waited to obtain one other estimate before deciding to go with Letourneau and Sons even though the cost estimates were identical. I just liked the personal response. Mr. Letourneau also adjusted the cost to take into account some work that I had decided I would do myself. The paint crew always arrived on time, were always courteous, took care to avoid damaging landscape plants and shrubs, and were conscientious about minimizing paint chips and debris. I am very pleased with the results and with their attention to quality and workmanship. I would hire them again, and would recommend them to family or friends without hesitation.

Failed to show up at designated time for estimate and did not return further calls.

It went really really, great. They were very clean, very respectful, and professional. They also did some carpentry work for me that no other painter would do.

They appeared to be doing a good job. My house is now a disaster! I called Bill in 2013, as it began peeling fast. I was informed he stands behind his work. He never came by and finally last year he did and agreed it was bad and would come by and fix areas that were bad. I called again this year and again was told he would come by most likely in August. I have not heard from these painters. I have had my house painted several times by painters in the past but I never witnessed it to peel like it is now, and so quickly after it was painted. I have sheets curling of the soffit rakes. North south and west all peeling. He told me he doesn't know what happened. Maybe bad paint, wrong conditions (too Cold), I am not the expert. My house is highly visible and I welcome anyone that wants to hire them to check it out. Bottom line, they don't stand behind their work as stated. It's not even 5 years,,, My house is on Piper Rd.

I received 3 quotes for this job and they were the best price. Bill gave me the estimate that evening via email and we hired him the next day. They showed up on time, they did the job on time, they were clean and professional and they did a great job! So much so we hired them for another job that will happen next week.

Bill and his crew worked hard and at a steady pace - all the individuals working for him were pleasant and courteous. It's nice to see that there are small businesses that have everything together - I would highly recommend them. Nice people; great job.

Bill was true to his word through the entire process. We received 3 different estimates and his was the most reasonable given the scope of the work. His team was professional and conscientious ensuring we were happy with the results each day as the project took several days. They were meticulous. At the end of the last day, the crew took extra time scanning their work to ensure it looked perfect. Bill closed by saying if we found anything down the road that we were not satisfied with to not hesitate to give him a call and he would address it. I can't imagine we will. We highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about this experience. The owner was polite, respectfut, and extremely knowledgable. He made good suggestions, but in the end listened to exactly what I wanted. He and his sons moved considerable amount of furniture in basement in order to paint all walls. Everything was put back in its place; nothing broken or mishandled, which HAS NOT been my experience in the past :-( The big job was to install (relatively heavy) glass tile backsplash in the kitchen. This involved, among other things, removing the laminate that had been installed in the 1980s. Before I found Letourneau & Sons, I had contacted several workmen from Angie's list for consultation. One said it would be very costly, the other two agreed to the job. They said they would email an estimate. Neither did. After meeting with Letourneau, I felt confident that it COULD be done. The price was fair; the work was quick; and the outcome is outstanding! I'll be moving out of state very soon. However, if I was not, this is the ONLY man I would use for future jobs, regardless of cost. There are some things worth paying a little more for (reliability, punctuality, professionalism, skill). However, let me reiterate, his prices were very reasonable.
