Gave verbal estimate for labor and materials, performed half services and then changed pricing to $400/day rather than the $40/hour for labor that was agreed upon (when sending invoice prior to completed work.) The invoice was a mess and included things that we had written agreements on which were not the agreed amounts on the invoice (granite cuts, the sink, gas and and quot;taxesand quot;. Invoice charged $300 in and quot;taxesand quot; which as a tax preparer I knew wasn't right. There was much confusion and I decided to have someone else finish the work, I paid him for his hourly services and will hire someone else to finish now that the granite company installed the granite I only need a little molding and he was charging me $200 in labor plus parts, no thank you- it will take 20 minutes.

Very well -prices as quoted, and even ate the costs of the backspash when they forgot to add it to the price - a nice suprise! They were very clean after the job, worked well as the general contractor and handeled all the subcontractors well. They have a great cast of folks that ensure you are happy with their work. They always called back after the day to make sure they met expectations. Prices are fair and reasonable. I expect to have them take on more work in the future.
