This company is so unorganized and there is no respect for the customer's time wasted. FIRST, I had an appointment to go over several projects. It started out fine (as usually any appointment does to begin with) with a sales person from this company. However, eventually, this sales guy stopped responding about my projects. Then I contacted the company to complain. The owner, Keith, then emailed me that he heard I needed help on some projects. (I believe that he had my information already but just didn't care to look it up.) He wrote me that that salesperson is no longer with the company. Then he insisted he would like to personally come out to look at my projects. I made a second appointment with this company, which then Keith and another salesperson showed up. I went through my projects again. I said I would like the quotes very soon because I was already delayed by his former employee. He said he would work on it right away. I waited. I emailed him many days later and he said he was busy and he would get to it. I NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY FROM HIM. He, THE OWNER, promised to make this right from the mistakes of his former employee and didn't. THE OWNER is just as unorganized, unreliable as the former employee. NO CONSIDERATION FROM THEM FOR MY TIME WASTED BY THIS COMPANY! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. MANY CONTRACTORS LIKE THIS THAT "DUMP" POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS IN AN UNPROFESSIONAL WAY SHOULD BE AVOIDED. BY DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM ENCOURAGES THEM TO BEHAVE THIS WAY, IN A RUDE MANNER, TO CUSTOMERS WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT. I am still on the lookout for a quality contractor that is ALSO customer service oriented, professional, organized, and responsive to inquiries in a timely manner. This company is definitely not.

The roofing job was done in 2011 and was a fantastic job,. Keith stopped by the work site every day to ensure things were running smoothly and on schedule. Loved the work done. So we asked him to do the interior repair. Took us two months for him to come to give us an estimate on the cost of the repair work. We agreed at the time of signing the contractor that we would wait til after christmas to do the work as they could not promise I would have a working kitchen. The agreed upon time frame was mid January. In February I called several times to see when they would start. Finally the work started mid February. It was a mess from the start. Thy had to redo my bathroom ceiling three times and it is still not done right. They repainted the walls in the bathroom twice as it was a mess. There was paint left on my sink and tub. They even painted my toilet paper holder to the wall. The kitchen was another disaster. They wrecked one of my drawers in my new cabinets. The cabinets are cheap and the stoppers keep coming out and the drawer does not have a stopper so when I pull it out it out the whole drawer comes out. I have paint on my modeling in my hallway and on my kitchen chairs. Keith never showed up to see how the job was going along no dealing with my concerns even though I was calling and voicing my complaints about his rude crew. Then when I asked them to put in back splash behind my stove Keith offered to pay for it for all the headaches I had during the remodel. Only problem with that is it is not the way I wanted it to be. Keith did strictly behind my stove and I wanted the whole space between counter and cabinets done so when kids cooked the wall would not be splattered with food. When I asked why it was not the whole space like I wanted, I was told "do you know how expensive this is? " so I still did not get what I wanted and he made us feel like he did us a favor. I paid him plenty for lousy work. They are overpriced as I have now discovered and rude and unprofessional.

The work was very shoddy. The new door knob has needed to be fixed already, I am afraid that the frame will need replaced soon as well. The ceiling tiles have fallen from the ceiling, I've had to throw away several already. The painting is very uneven as well. I had a crack in the ceiling that I had asked about that has started to stretch out across the ceiling more since an earthquake and tornado has hit my area. The provider didn't seem to know what to do about the crack and was supposed to come back to take care of a three-seasonal porch. Keith came and looked at the porch, but never returned to fix the problem.

Awesome!! They were quick and answered all questions the same day! We were kept appraised of the progress of the job! Very quick and all his guys were professional! Super happy, we will definitely use Keith again!

Returned my call in very timely manner. Came out to inspect and give me an estimate when he said he would. Started the job exactly when he said he would. The workers were polite and very professional. Very pleased with the work

Keith G Roy Home Improvements were timely and courteous. I needed the work done right away and found somebody else that could do it quicker than he could. But I would use them again in the future.

Keith and his talented team were able to keep up with all of our wishes. Their work was impeccable! They stayed on schedule, arrived on time, worked around our family and left our home spotless after each work day. Mike and Ray were extraordinary giving us helpful opinions based on their experience and worked continuously. Keith often stopped by to see how things were going and made himself easily available to us. Thank you Keith Roy Construction, Inc. We love what you did! We wouldn't hesitate to call on them again and would highly recommend them to family and friends!

Not impressed, considering that construction is slow, amazing how many contractors do not respond to phone calls for estimates.

At the beginning of the job I had concerns about the quality. After meeting with the owner to discuss our concerns, we decided to continue the work. Now I wish I had stopped the job . I now have cracks in wall over the tub, the floor is pulling away from the tub and walls. The drywall job was uneven despite several redos. The owner had to come out several times to order his crew to make corrections to their work . They could not put the tub in right.The wall they put up were not square. They put it in any way.

No response after 2 home visits to review kitchen renovation.

It went well. They were friendly and professional. There were some difficulties with some of the results, but they did a good job overall. They were communicative.

The end result was a better job than we expected. quality and craftsmenship were excellent.

I spent about $1200 for their services. They did good work. They were easy to work with. The timeline was a little bit long for them to turn things around. It took about a month from the time we initially talked to them for them to get on site and do the job. Once they got there and did the work, the work was done well. The workers who came out were fine and we didn't have any problems. It has been good so far.

I collected about 5 estimates for a new roof on my garage. Keith Roy's gave me the lowest price. I had estimates over $4,000.00! Took a while for him to come and do the job because it was a small job. But came after about 6 weeks and they did a great job. Needed a plywood base.

They were punctual, professional,courteous, cleaned up good, and we were overall very pleased with their work.
