They responded quickly and on time. Estimate was detailed. Contract was detailed and clear. They explained unknowns, such the need to replace under-structure, which was not visible until demolition. (It was not necessary). Workers were on time. All work was completed on time and within budget. Workers were professional. Deck is beautiful, still.

There were seven companies we interviewed, and out of the seven, Heritage Homes was prepared and professional and they did exactly what we wanted for the price that we quoted. The only things that we did different was we upgraded to a couple of different things which has a 15% upgrade price, which was fine. Those were changes I made and I agreed to it. For everything they had done, I think their price was very reasonable. They were very professional, everything was written in paper, you have everything infront of you, when they say they were going to call they call, if I had any questions or any concerns about this construction as it was going on, they came right over. They had an excellent crew working with them, the crew they hired was very professional, they worked on the time that they said they were going to be here, and they worked all the way until 4 o'clock in the afternoon, it was like actual punctual, they were very good, and they were very polite, never a rude word, and gave us tips on how to help us take care of our home, certain aspects that we had done with it, better care for it, very good. When we picked him, he was very professional, he had everything written out as to what we had discussed. When I said I wanted an addition put on, he had plans figured out already to help us, he had ideas to give us to share back and forth, it was just a very organized company.
