I just received this inappropriate F rating review from [Member name removed]. I am hoping that Angies List protects the outstanding companies that are members of Angies List from such inappropriate & malicious reviews, especially if all the circumstantial evidence proves that said company did everything to a "T", in an extremely highly professional manner via the Angies List protocol Facts of the matter are as follows: She purchased a store front offer from my company. I responded to her purchase within 6 hrs via Angies List contact email system. I could not call her initially because there was no contact phone number provided by Angies List. She tried cancelling the order through her credit card instead of calling Angies List. I apologized for the mix up, even though it was out of my hands and it was in fact her error. I told her that her order was refunded and to simply buy another offer. She was adamant that she was not reimbursed and still wanted services. I asked her to please call her credit card company as well as calling Angies List. I then spoke to Jason via Angies List and he informed me that if I liked that I could give [Member name removed] his contact # which I did. She called me back stating that the mix up was on her end and with her credit card company as the refund was still in the process of refunding and would still like our services. I rescheduled an already scheduled job to fit her in and accommodate her. I called her the day of her cleaning to inform her that we were going to be arriving at her job ahead of our scheduled time. She stated she wanted to reschedule due to possible rain in the forecast. I informed her that we clean many a window jobs in the rain as long as it was not downpours , lightning and wind as the windows on most houses do not even get wet on those type of weather conditions. I informed her that if she still wanted to reschedule that we certainly would. I called her back and left a message on her answering machine with a date that was 3 business days later. I never heard back from her again until this inappropriate review of our company. I am hoping that Angies List protects the outstanding companies that are members of Angies List from such inappropriate & malicious reviews, especially if all the circumstantial evidence proves that said company did everything to a "T" in an extremely highly professional manner via the Angies List protocol. My rating should be as follows: Overall: should be an (A) as I did all I could do going above and beyond. Price: NA or (A) as she did in fact purchased an order. Quality: (NA) we never had the chance to show our quality of work. Responsiveness: (A) as I contacted her with in 6 hours of her purchase. Punctuality: (A) we were going to be 1/2 hr early. Professionalism: (A) as I did everything by-the-book, was kind, professional, helpful and accommodating.
