Great White Cleaning Co

This is our second time using this outstanding company. Two years ago we hired Great White to clean our windows and they did a fantastic job. This time around, we had them do the windows and clean the carpets as well. They did a phenomenal job on both tasks. The team was super friendly and professional. I was especially impressed by how careful they were while working in the house; they wore protective overshoes and deployed plastic corner guards to ensure that the hoses didn't damage any walls. I really appreciated the care that they took. Scott and his team are awesome; they do great work and are a true pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend them to anyone and will absolutely hire them again!

We had originally wanted the windows done in November, but the weather was impossible. I spoke with Scott, the company owner, and we agreed that it would be done in the Spring, probably March. I was a bit concerned as 3 or more months can bring anything, but sure enough--I called Scott last week and we agreed on a date--no problem. He and Tom arrived as agreed and they were terrific. They put bootees over their shoes to avoid floor messes--it's mud season--and washed all windows and the surrounding sills and sashes without spilling a drop of water anywhere, and these windows have never looked so sparkling clean! We will gladly hire the company again. (This was a special Angie's List deal with a bit more cost, as we had more windows-some oversized-than specified in the deal--it was discussed and agreed to in our original Nov. conversation. ) Thank you, Scott and Tom!

It's obvious Scott and his team take great pride in their work, and they did a beautiful job cleaning windows that hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. I needed to have my parents' whole house done in preparation for putting it up for sale and the results were terrific. They cleaned multiple standard windows, jalousie windows (the ones with all the slats), garage windows, sills, and screens. Scott cleaned a carpet, too. Even when I said, "Wow-that looks great!" they kept at it to get it even better. It was so worth it to have the windows professionally cleaned.

They do an excellent job. They use a special chemical on the windows. They are good and neat. They wear booties on feet in your home. They are punctual, they don't waste time on unrelated things. They also do carpets and we've had a couple of our carpets done. They will also spot clean your carpets. They are a word of mouth company. I have recommended him to several of my friends and they like the way he works. We reuse him every year.

They were very pro-active and responsive about getting in touch with me day of and about their arrival. Protected all the parts of the house that needed it as they got in and did their work. The work was thorough and well done. The cleaning got rid of a bunch of stains and helped a lot with the smell from the old owners dog and pretty much breathed new life into the carpets. I definitely recommend using their services.

They showed up on time and did a great job very efficiently. I also like the fact that their process doesn't use harsh or polluting chemicals.

They stayed in touch vi email throughout the scheduling process. They arrived right on time and completed the work in a timely fashion for the agreed upon price.

Scott and Matt did an amazing job on our 20+ year-old off-white berber! Scott called ahead to say when to expect him. They arrived as scheduled - always a plus! After 1-1/2 hours, the carpet looks fabulous! It's been through kids, dogs and cats so it has a few miles on it, but it looks so much newer now than it really is. (The "spots" in the picture are only indents from the furniture legs.) I would call Great White again in a heartbeat!

Perfect--arrived on time, calling ahead so I could meet them at the house. Team swarmed over the house, explaining to me about their de-ionized water (no need to dry!), asking permission to refill their tank, and not pressuring me to wash between outside window and storms.

Scott called us quickly after the initial contact and came over to look at our needs within a couple of days. He was able to schedule the cleaning for the following week and gave us a specific hour when he would come. He called in advance of the appointment to confirm the time and came as promised. He and his associate Adam worked efficiently, carefully, and thoroughly. They did an excellent job on the carpet and--to our amazement--were able to remove the large stain upstairs. They used large fans to help dry the carpet quickly, so we could move items back in place the next day. Over-all it was an wonderful experience and we would recommend them highly. We will certainly use them if we ned to clean our carpets again.

Scott did an excellent job and his professionalism was outstanding. From first contact and this is my first time using Great White service (Angie's list referral) to the final cleaning I was impressed. I believe they provide the best professional service available. They are easy people to talk to, they listen and respond.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List, and picked a few possible dates online. Scott responded to me the same day and said he was available at 9:00 am on the first date I chose. He and Keith showed up promptly at 9:00, assessed the situation, and got to work. They were thorough, professional, and they obviously know what they're doing... our rugs look better than they have in years! We've hired other companies in the past with mixed results, but Great White Cleaning will be our choice from now on.

Great White did a fantastic job. They were able to remove pet stains and another unidentified stain from the carpet. They were extremely professional and friendly. They showed up on time; covered their shoes; worked quickly and efficiently--everything you would hope for. I highly recommend them for any job you need done. I will definitely be calling them again.
