+ -1 moreReplaced regulator and filters. Worked ok for a day or so. Its now 40 degrees in my house! We paid you on Friday,January 6, 2016, to fix our furnace. We called you three times on Sunday when it malfunctioned after you " fixed" it. No return call at all. My husband has an appointment at the Lahey Clinic today, so *** are we supposed to do? Miss his appointment on the off chance you show up? Leave our three small dogs here to freeze while we are gone? You could have at least called to recommend someone else. I want my money back!

+ -1 moreExcellent. Greg is an honest, hard working individual that is very fair in his dealings. If there was a drawback, it's that he's a very small shop and if he's away the return call may not come quickly. The good of the equation far outweighs this aspect of his company. I plan on continuing to use Greg when I have any HVAC or plumbing related issue (I believe he focuses more on the HVAC side of the business but has done plumbing work for me).
Description of Work: Outdoor faucet repair and HVAC maintenance. Also has performed various other services for us over the years (HVAC repair, water tank replacement, etc).

Description of Work: He responded to the request for an estimate quickly and we hired him. Everything about the installation of the air conditioning unit in the attic of our home was excellent. We had to call him a few years later and he came immediately and replaced the part that was causeing the problem. Overall I would and did rate him the highest Last year we were going to install a gas boiler. We called for an estimate and when he came he looked over everything and said he would get back to us. He never did despite several phone calls to see what was happening. We never did hear from him. I would give him an F at this point.
